

We have performed a UX optimization of a mobile application. For this purpose, we have thoroughly redesigned the mechanisms of loyalty coupons in terms of their presentation and implementation in the store.

Our main challenge was to redesign the loyalty coupons mechanisms in the application. We changed the way of how coupons were presented in the application and how they could be redeemed.
We have unified the rules regarding the use of many kinds of coupons what has been well received by the consumers. We have implemented mechanisms that are better than before at meeting customer business goals.
