As part of the project, we carried out key work on the sub-pages and screens of the application for the Vitalia Holia and Fitatu brands. With constant cooperation on different fields of the design process, we developed a coherent communication strategy. The result was fewer queries to customer service and better communication with the user.

Chatbot Vitalia Holia – to improve communication with the client

Our main challenge was to design many of the key pages and screens of the application for Vitalia Holia and Fitatu. In addition, we developed and implemented a concept in the field of chatbot operation for the Vitalia Holia service. As part of the ongoing work, we also prepared analyses and benchmarks.


Developed communication strategy and fewer enquiries to customer service

We designed many of the brand’s key Vitalia Holia and Fitatu sub-pages and application screens. We developed, amongst others, the homepage, forum, articles, menu page, offer, price list and new functionalities Vitalia Holia. As a result, thanks to the developed communications strategy, sub-pages containing key information for users and a chatbot, the client received fewer enquiries to customer service.
