

As part of the project, we conducted a comprehensive study of communication language in Google products. We verified the impact of language on the usability of Google Maps, Setup Wizard in Android and brand perception. We also determined users’ language preferences. As a result, we generated a detailed report with comprehensive recommendations that could be applied to clients’ other products.

Our main task was to control the quality of the language in Google products and to study the users’ language preferences. As part of the project, we placed emphasis on the impact of the language on the usability of Google Maps and Setup Wizard in Android.
As a result of the work carried out, we prepared a report containing detailed recommendations for language changes in the Polish version of Google products. We verified the perception of the brand and studied the language preferences of the users. On this basis, we created a comprehensive set of recommendations that could be applied in a variety of contexts and implemented in the client’s other products.
