

As part of a project for KRUK, we built an online platform for self-service debt repayment. The aim of the work was to create a tool that would attract more debtors and make it easier for them to repay their debts. Based on an iterative design process, reinforced by user research in 2 countries, the platform was created, which translated into greater results than initially expected.
Debt service
The main challenge of the project was to create a concept of an online tool together with UX research for the e-kruk.pl platform, which would allow to attract more debtors and make it easier to pay off their debts.
The work resulted in a user-friendly customer self-service platform, allowing customers to repay their debts independently and easily. During the project we used a number of tools, including benchmarking, UX research, business process modeling, UX design and graphic design. The client received implementation support and further development of the application. At the same time, the employees underwent UX-PM Level 1 training, thanks to which they acquired greater UX skills. The introduced solutions translated into the realization of business goals to a greater extent than initially assumed, which is confirmed by high user satisfaction.
The quality of the developed solution resulted in achieving the business objectives in a scope greater than initially assumed.
